Residential Shipping Fee
Residential shipping charge- $65. (Pallet freight only) If shipping address is listed as a non-commercial or residential, the shipping company will back charge a $110 fee. Pre-ordering this "add-on" fee will save time and money.
Liftgate Service Fee
Liftgate Service fee- $65. As most customers have access to a forklift and/or loading dock, we did not automatically add this fee to the shipping calculator. Pre-ordering will prevent a post-collection charge of $110. Hand off loading pallets is not allowed by the shipping companies but is typically a case by case situation based on the driver. Any post-shipping fees for this service will be billed to you.
