We strive to ship every order every day if your order is submitted before 1pm est and the next business day if we receive it after that time. During times of exceptionally high demand we may need an extra day to process orders.
Orders up to 300Lbs ship by UPS and you will receive tracking information with estimated transit time when your order ships. Orders over 300Lbs and some custom orders will ship vis common carrier LTL. It is very important that these shipments are booked correctly and we may need to contact you to verify things like residential delivery, limited access or liftgate delivery.
Returns Policy
If there’s ever any question or problem with your order please contact us first so that we can resolve it. If you still need to return an order or you mistakenly ordered. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
